I am not hyping and I am not rotting down either
I am shifting to somewhere unseen and maybe yet unlived.
I don’t like trends, they lack substance, and when a novelty is created it is far away from being a trend, it is just new, and weird, and sometimes repulsive, but what makes it interesting is the underlying human capacity for creation.
Every human being is a creator, every living being in general is, but our palette seems to be one of the vastest. Now, every human being should see this capacity, to create novelty, as a major quality of human life. Essentially it is a kind of playing around, trying and observing, integrating observed and trying anew, using experience and apply on something not yet played through.
Being a child does not just mean to get to know the world but learning how to engage and therefore manipulate it. We are billions of free radicals that engage in our environment, and if there wouldn’t be the inhibitions of our cultures, redirecting our birth given quality of engagement with the world, we also would stop being human, because at some point we direct our ambitions into purposes, which are first not created by us, but by our elders, parents, neighbours, authorities, and so forth. Following purposes of the ones that gave life to us, protected and raised us, is a normal part of growing up, but then we need to emancipate.
Emancipation is a much more elemental part of being a human being than commonly, or culturally, portrayed. Following the paths of the elder makes sense, but knowing your elders in a globalized world is a complex situation. Being part of humanity is the quest for sorting your kinship anew, realizing that not blood but thought creates community. Reason is stronger than family, but it is also cold and distancing. Love is the ultimate force that potentially transcends all differences, and it always can catch you free falling. Trying to create a family that springs out of humanity is a task of creating human culture anew, as we accepted it through hundreds of generations. People tend not to realize that their behavior is not natural but a heavily directed set of cultural traits which all were created at some time and space in societies which we presently would find repulsive to live in. We mostly are a mosaic of culturally developed traits, which have commonalities through their historical development, but many decisive ones tend to gravitate towards power directing issues.
Presently on this planet humanity mostly lives in dominator societies, which means that as kids we all were unconsciously trained to internalise behaviours and thought models that maintain and recreate the power structures we live in. Adolescense nowadays not just means to take full responsibility of yourself, but for society, and, since we live in a culturally globalized world, therefore humanity.
Since humanity is developing through that dominator-model so vast and fast that it desintegrates the living planet it was spawned from, it has to be every human beings responsibility to emancipate radically and ask fundamental questions about human life. Not because we all should become philosophers, politicians, scientists or some kind of intellectual, but because we have to rethink us, humanity, for as it just found itself to be, it started to distribute its most aggressive cultures all over the planet and in its take to dominate everything and therefore destroy its own livelihood.
We have to ask ourselves what there is worth more than our own life and adjust our reason, thought and love accordingly.
